Delivery and retries

Webhook deliveries are queued and processed reliably:

• Your endpoint must respond with a 2xx status code within 30 seconds to acknowledge receipt

• Failed deliveries are retried up to 4 times with increasing delays: 1 min → 5 min → 15 min → 60 min

• After 5 total attempts (1 initial + 4 retries), the delivery is marked as permanently failed

• Delivered entries are automatically cleaned up after 30 days

Always return a 200 response quickly, then process the webhook payload asynchronously. This prevents timeout-related retries.
